The basis of the Cortine line that relies entirely on the connection between Cortine terroir and the more classic blend of zonal grape varieties. 90 percent Sangiovese paired with 10 percent in mixed proportions, of Canaiolo and Colorino. Selected grapes from vineyards adjoining the winemaking cellar.

The extra virgin olive oil has an intense bright green colour, minimal yellow/gold notes in transparency, a fruity aroma and a moderately spicy flavour with bitter notes of artichoke and thistle in the mouth. It is obtained from the following olive cultivars, in a blend: Frantoio, Correggiolo, Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino.
